My partner also has long suffering trouser problems. You are right about quality being rubbish. He also likes to get a certain style of trouser – plain,no pleats or other such distracting detail. Leg length very important also. And like you, Ian is having to come to terms with the fact that his waist has grown and he can no longer squeeze into the size he used to wear. Age is cruel:)

Oh thank you btw for your advise you wrote in the guestbook. Unfortunately I threw away the chive already. I might get a new one and then just just let it grow and die.
