well I prefer the ’natural‘ movement, like cycling. I cycle every day 45 minutes to work now. Movement has to have a function in my daily habit. Go swimming for me is a forced movement, I have to do just for the sake of moving, and that’s what’s bothering me. That’s the behaviour of us ‚modern‘ sitting people. I will see the results from my cycling in a few weeks. But yeah, I haven’t given up on swimming yet.
